Well my big day is tomorrow. After 52 days of not smoking, I am testing negative on home tests though with a pretty faint line (started testing negative after day 40). My plan is to do a minor dilution (though I am told I probably do not need that) just in case it is a 20ng test and my levels are still a bit high. My smoking history, frequency and especially the grade of weed I had been smoking all contribute to my paranoia, but hey, that seems the norm on these boards. Thanks to all those who have helped me on this board (jb, lolo, etc...) and especially to sec who has been a great help and has been reassuring me all along. Now all that is left is for me to do the damn thing and report the results.

First of all, hello to everyone. This looks like a great site.
Ok, I've read the first 15 pages of this thread and decided I needed to post.
I'm a daily/heavy smoker. Slow metabolism for sure. The last test I had to take was several years ago and at the time used a product called "Stealth" which worked beautifuly. However, the product is no longer on the market and I just got a dream job offer today. Of course, they dropped the drug test thing on me at the very last moment. I think he may have wanted me to go to the testing site today but he wasn't very clear about that. I am going to play dumb and hopefully get a couple of days at the most before I have to go in.
I smoked some cheap stuff last night as there seems to be a drought going on around here. As I said before, I smoke a lot. I am headed to the store soon and this is what's on my list so far..
Gatoraid
creatine (monohydrate?)
asprin
tums
lots of red meat
and a home test
Is there any other advice or anything else you can think of that I need to pick up? I may have to take the test as early as tomorrow. I really, really want/need the job. I'm afraid I might be screwed.
All advice is greatly appreciated.

Yea, I think you will be screwed if you try to dilute. You might go to a head shop and see if you can find Quick Fix 4.0. If not available locally, get on the internet and have some shipped overnight. If that is not an option, your last hope is to have a clean donor. Read the substitution sticky as thoroughly as you read the dilution sticky. Practice and become confident. Pre-employment tests are rarely observed.

Well, that just sucks. I think I might be able to avoid taking the test until next week at this point. So, if I have six or seven days under my belt do you think that will help? I didn't work out last night because I was afraid I might have to take it today. Now, I'm thinking that I should have and should today as well.

The substitution is not an option. Given that I didn't see your response until I spent all my available funds in Creatine, vitamin B-2, aspirin, tums, gator-aide and some fatty foods. I can't really blow more money on the quick fix.

Thank you so much for your input though. Say a little prayer for me if you can. I need all the good vibes I can get. I'm trying at this point to not get too stressed out about it all. I just really want the job.

I tcertainly can't hurt. Do you know anyone who knows you smoke marijuana but doesn't use it themselves; and would they be willing to "donate" some urine for you? That seems to be your best option at this point. You might be able to dilute enough by next week. Save the home test until then and use it while trying to dilute, if that is the only one you are able to get.

I've been reading and reading your suggestions for dilution. Today is the day that I'm going to go take my test, after doing a home test first, of course. I started the Creatine Wed. evening and have been doing it every day since and twice today. Since it takes 24-48 to metabolize, do you think I will be alright?

Yesterday (day #4 of abstinance) I took a home test without ANY dilution and had a very faint ghost line. It was only about my third piss of the day so it was pretty concentrate. So far this morning I've had about three cups of coffee and am now working on a 32 oz. of Gatoraid. I've taken 4 aspirin and 4 tums and will take more about an hour or so before going to take the test. I'm getting ready to go test myself here at home as soon as the urge to piss comes! I'm a pretty light smoker...about three hits in the evening after the kids go to bed. This is my 5th day without.

By the way, Hawg is my hubby and he keeps me pretty informed but he's at work and I hate to bother him. I guess I'm just a bit paranoid. This test is for the community college that I'm going to. It's bullshit in my opinion and I feel they are trying to nail someone for something. Well, it ain't gonna be me...lol...well, i hope anyway. This is my last semester and i will be doing my externship in a doc's office. I had the notion to just sub but got a little freaked out about doing that. Specially if the temp. was not right because I take several Rx pain meds for a chronic pain syndrome that i suffer from and thought if the temp was off that they'd make me go back in an submit another sample. Hmmmm...meds didn't show up in first sample but did in second. May raise suspicion. But then maybe they would have just thrown the first sample out too.

I guess I'm just looking for reassurance. I don't want kicked out of this program being my last semester. I'm on the home stretch and am pretty fet up with all the bullshit this school has put me thru.

I was wondering when I would have the chance to speak with Hawg's Better Half. ( ).

Sorry, I didn't see this post until about 3:00 pm central time. too late to help before you test.

Just some info. The employer/school don't know (shouldn't know) what your meds are, so no need to be fearful that they won't show up on the drug test if you sub. AND the subbing is so easy. Tonight, just for grins and giggles, try it at home. Have Hawg pretend to be the collector and you go into the bathroom and do a substitution. You will see how easy it is if you aren't nervous. Nothing to be afraid of. Usually, most employers have us dump out a specimen that is not up to temp and collect another one. DOT requires that we send in both specimens.

I hope you pass the test. You do have one of the best teachers right at home, don't be afraid to use him for information. After all, he used you to have his children, right? (joking).

Hi there....well, great news!!!! I passssseedddd!!! Yippeee! My meds didn't even show up and i listed them all. Wonder if they think something is up with that??? Thanks you, N2, even though you haven't been around in awhile and thanks to you, Sec3 for you reply! Yes, I do have a good teacher and i think their all his kids...LMAO..kidding!! Whew, a great relief has been lifted off my shoulders....may just have to hit some tonight in celebration but definitely in moderation.

I have told so many of my friends about this dilution method and they still insist on going out and spending big bucks on stuff to help them pass. Whatever.

Maybe next time I'll get the courage up to sub and save myself all this fricking stress.

Hi!! I think that you are gonna save my life. I will have to do a drug test in next sept 15th, 3 weeks ago I used coke and I'm a heavy smoker. I spent 15 days without smoke, smoked for 3 days and today was the last. I intend to stay until the test day without somking, do you think that if I try the dilution process I'll pass it? Even the coke? I'm very afraid cause the test is for all drugs and I really need this job. I was about to buy that detox shit and i gave up when I read your forum... Please help me!
