I tested today but it was too late for the creatine, but I did eat salsbury steak for breakfast, uh yes, yuck. My urine was vitamin yellow and crystal clear. I did the dilution as N2 instructed and started to feel sick so I added gatorade and felt better. I'm really scared. My home test was negative this morning but it was so diluted! I think the specimen is being sent to Labcorp and if that is the case there is a statement on their site that says, "Specimens meeting dilute specifications typically are not considered questionable donations." This makes me feel a little better, but I'm worried that is was so dilute that there were no human urine characteristics in it! If I have to retest on Monday should I skip the vitamin and not dilute as much? I don't know what to do! I normally only void like twice a day and I wil have to drink a bit to produce a specimen. I just want one of you guys to tell me that I'm ok. xoxo

Test day was my 19th day without smoking and I have been a multiple daily for about 15 years. 5'3, 135#, average metabolism, and starting on the 12th I passed 5 home tests. Some of the lines were faint and sometimes darker. It's not just the job, I don't want to go to rehab so I would probably have to change careers after 12 years. I have not had a test since I was 17 years old! This total invasion of privacy! I want my pee back!

I'm not a real expert but I've heard that a line is a line. If you put it on a copier and it shows up on the copy, then it should be good to go....as in negative. Hope this help you some.

I know what you mean, Coco. If it makes you feel any better, I only quit for five days and passed with the dilution method. It really does work. Any chance you can get some Creatine supplement? You really only need to do that about 2-3 days before the test if i read correctly. Word of caution: do NOT get too far from the potty...lol. It tends to clean me out through the bowels. Don't forget the aspirin and tums the day of test.

I know how stressful it can be, but i think you'll be okay if you follow the dilution instructions. Don't forget to post your results from the real test!!! Good luck!

If I understand you correctly, you don't know if you will need to re-test yet or not.

If your test does come back diluted, by all means, try again using less WATER. You should be using a sports drink such as gatorade or powerade instead of water anyway.

Positive thinking works wonders. Try not to worry.

First thing: If you want to pass a drug test, stop doing drugs!

For the pot, if you stop now, you should be able to pass a drug test on 9/15/06 no problem. Take a home test on 9/12/06 using the first pee of the day. If you pass, you are good to go. If you don't, start preparing for a dilution method. Read the sticky to see what to do.

Thanks for the positive words of wisdom! I forgot about the tums on test day. I'm not sure what the tums are for but I'll take 'em!
