so i just got out of my test bout an hour ago, heres some BG info:

smoked bout 2-3x a week (usually only weekends).

i'm 25yr 6'3", 210lbs, workout 3-4x a week.

gave up working out and started eating fatty foods 6 days before my test.

took a home test after 16, 17 and 18 days of abstaining using my first void of the day (midstream) and passing all three with the faint but visible lines (each test was purchased from a different retailer; rite aid, cvs and walgreens).

i took the final test this morning and passed then drank 60oz of water in about 2hours (10am-12pm) and voided 4x after my first void of the day making a total of 5 voids before taking my pre-employment test.

i had a 20oz coke at around 1:30 to make a weak dilute of my specimen.

took the test at 3:45pm sorta screwed up the midstream because i thought i didnt have enough to reach the line they wanted, but when i went going i realized i could keep it going for a while so i poured a lil out and went in it for a second time.

urine was yellow but def not a hard yellow, i'm really nervous as i start work tomorrow and would turn a bright red if they told me i didnt pass while i was in the building...oh well. what do you guys think my chances are of passing? im really stressing out, but i'm sure i'm not the first nor will i be the last.

My situation:
Pretty heavy smoker for quite a few years (multiple times a day). Had a recent job opportunity and was told about the urine drug test. Today has been 6 weeks since smoking anything. I am 33 yrs old, about 190 lbs with a high energy level and high metabolism. I usually drink lots of water and do exercise occasionally. I took a home test a couple days ago mid morning and passed with no issues (after 20 oz of water and 2 cups of coffee). HOWEVER, this morning I figured I would check first void mid stream....a POSITIVE! It was a different test but nevertheless.

I started creatine yesterday and have my aspirin and B-Complex ready. I've tested the B complex and have the timing pretty good to ensure at least some color.

I have the paperwork to do the test at Quest (36213N SAP 7-20/300). Seems like this is the more stringent test. I was planning on testing tomorrow after lunch or so to get plenty of dilution going.

Should I wait longer and possibly raise concerns tot he employer??

Any thoughts or reassurance that I should be OK? Anything would be helpful....thx!

yo from my experience with or without dilution makes a pretty big difference, for someone whose been smoking for a while it actually takes a while before u could start testing negative without dilution. i think u will have to dilute ur piss to test negative if your taking the test sometime soon. to test negative without dilution may take a while longer. u should take a few more home tests to make sure that when u dilute u actually do test negative and that one test wasnt jsut a fluke -_-

rele dam good considering u passed without any dilution when u did the home tests. most the places i been to dont rele care about how yellow ur piss is... 2 of the 4 places i been to even told me to drink lots of water before hand lol so im guessing your piss not being "hard yellow" wont be a porblem

day 1 of work, no mention of a fail or dilute on the test. i think i could start settling down when my first work check comes in or the first week goes by (whichever comes first).

this is a great site, soooo much more informational than all the other junk running around on the net, thanks a million even if i dont pass.

not exactly sure how I can tell how much creatine to take. Im 6'5 about 250.

they say twice the normal dosage should do it, whatever you do DONT over do it.

Took my test friday...results came back diluted but probably due to the fact I only had 20hrs to take a creatine supplement.. Potential employers are taking it as a failed result from what my guy on the inside is telling me. Still waiting on them to call and see if a retest is an option.

I'm not sure if they are testing yet, but I will find out soon when I call to schedule my second interview next week.

I am planning on drinking about a gallon of water 4 hours before the test. But I don't want them to be suspicious of my piss coming out completely clear and I don't have money to buy any pills. I have these pills home and I'm wondering if they will add any color to my piss without me ending up in an emergency room. Directions say take 1 a day preferably with a meal, that's all. Here are the details:

Vitamins:

A = 5,000 I.U.
C = 60 mg
D = 400 I.U.
E = 30 I.U.

Thiamin (Vitamin B-1) = 1.5 mg
Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) = 1.7 mg
Niacin = 20 mg
Vitamin B-6 = 2 mg
Folic Acid = 400 mcg
Vitamin B-12 = 6 mcg
Panothenic Acid = 10 mg


If it's possible, how many should I take and how long before the test should I take them? Your help will be greatly appreciated. I need to get this job! Thanks.

Allright you need to read through the diltuion thread and buy you some marijuana at home test kits test 3 days before your test and the morning of once a day

Keep in mind meat raises your creatin level when you have higher level of creatin it wont be noticed in a diluted sample
