so after reading through this entire thread once (When i first joined) and going through about half of it a second time just yesterday, a couple of questions still remain.. I can only think of the below at the current moment, but i might have to come back with more. Yeah, paranoia sucks...

1) If you do the dilution method, should you or should you not list that you took aspirin that day in the paperwork? If you don't list it, can they trace it? I realize someone said earlier that it is not necessary to list it, BUT this is important for me to know because I will likely be doing a piss test (for the drug screen) but they will also be drawing my blood to test for other stuff as part of the general physical.
(I will probably ask this same question in the blood testing section), but i thought i'd take a shot here too anyways.

2) If you eat after you have started the dilution method (the taking of all the water & the aspirin), does that affect the results??? Will it possibly make the dilution method NOT work?

I am a chronic smoker for years, I decided to sub instead, you can read my post for how I did it under substitution tips. I also was ready for plan B in case substitution would not work. I found it helpful to view other people's home test so I have attached mine here for those of you who may find it helpful. The first one is at 28 days abstinence the first urine of the day. The second is after dilution at 28 days. And the last one is 33 days after dilution. I felt that I only had a 50\50 chance at passing and failing was not an option for me. I used a friends pee and froze it. Thawed it two hours before the test. I hope that this helps someone because reading these posts sure did help me.

i read the dilution method and sounds great but with my problem the tests are completly random and i have at most 2 hours to prepare. This is why i am wondering if the detox drink will maybe work better since it says to wait between 1 and 2 hours before giveing a sample. Im wondering if you guys know if a Detox drink will do the job in masking and diluting the urine to be passable. The money is not an issue since the tests are rare but the chance they work is very important

There are no upper limits established for creatinine. As long as the creatinine level is over 20 mg/dL, its satisfactory. Overloading on creatine however, can result in undesireably long bathroom sessions, sitting on the toilet seat.

Im a 33 year old man, 180 pds, good shape, the whole deal...

I've been smoking for about 15 years...At the beginning it was ALOT of herbs...As I got older it became more of an afterwork thing or a bedtime thing...No more than 6 to 8 hits a day off a bullet or a jizzy....I even stopped with the high grade stuff cause Im just too busy to be a couch potatoe..

I lost my job in November and couldn't find another right away...As of the last week or so I started getting hits on my resume but I kept the herb smoking up cause I was nervous about not having any money...

Two days ago I went to an interview and they offered me the job RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!! Good money, benefits, company car, etc etc...They wanted me to go a drug test right then and there...I had taken 4 hits before bed the night before so I said I had to talk to my family about the opportuinity first and that I had another interview that day I had to get to (Both of which is true but I didnt want to let on about detoxing)...

I went to the next interview and low and behold, ANOTHER JOB OFFER, better money than the 1st, better benefits, free travel, etc etc...

I got home and researched some things...I have a Urine Luck drink in my fridge for the past 6 months (Bought it just in case)...I heard from my friends that the test can see that now so I was nervous...I checked out N2's recipe and read all the success stories on here...I was intrigued...It had to be better than getting hit for MASKING!!!

The last hit I took was Thursday night...Friday I didnt touch it and started drinking water when I got home from both interviews...I read that fatty foods is the way to go so I ate alot of pasta with oil and butter and garlic for dinner...Followed by a heaping sundae!!! Yummy!!!

Saturday I woke up and went out and bought, CVS "THC HOME DRUG TEST" a botttle of B12 vitamins and 81mg Aspirins (The CVS brand)....I went to the Vitamin Shoppe and bought flavorless Creatine powder...And 4 big bottles of Gatorade...

For lunch I had a Big Mac Meal with a coke (Ugh, felt like shit after but I need the fatty foods for the test according to N2)...Went to a resturant for dinner and ate like someone was gonna lock me up for a year...During the day I ingested 4 teaspoons of Creatine in my gatorades...COuldnt even taste it...

Had 4 aspirins before bed....

Sunday I woke up intending to start my pre-test....I had two cups of coffee and then had a bagel with PB and J...

12:15
Downed 4 aspirins...and started N2's procedure....

Followed it to a T and substituted gatorade here and there for the water...

I ate some pretzel sticks for the salt around 2 hours into the procedure...

Grabbed a Gatorade after the B12's (I took only 6 of em(2 at a time) plus (2 Multivitamins that I take everyday anyway)

(Everytime I voided I replaced it with Gatorade with creatine and 2 B12's)


Waited until 4:15 and took the CVS THC test....My urine was the right color for me...Not too green, not too clear...Usual considering the amount of supplements I take daily...

CLEAN!!! NEGATIVE!!!! YES!!!! NICE!!! NICE!!!!

I have my real test tomorrow so Im gonna continue to load up on Creatine, eat alot of shitty foods and do the same thing tomorrow morning I did today...Im sure if I accept either job it'll be a test for both...I'll do the same Dillution thing for both tests....

I'll holla back and let everyone know what happens with the Quest test...Im real comfortable now...Im sure I'll get some sleep tonight...

THANK YOU N2!! i didn't follow the directions exactly but passed my test. i realize this a miserably long post so here's a quick synopsis (read on if you're in my situation) i had 6 hours to prepare for the escreen ecup, took no creatine, loaded up on b complex, and accidentally took 1400mg ibuprofen instead of aspirin. here's my story:

i'm 24, 5'11, 170ish, average metabolism, usually pretty active but had been a total bum for the week prior to the test. i found out i had to take the test on 1/7/08 and had last smoked on 1/1/08. i had smoked just a little over 1/8 of some fantastic greenery between 12/19/07 and 1/1/08 (celebrating my graduation from college and had no job or classes so figured why not). before that i had been smoking on average once a week (2-4 bowls per sesh). i was really in need of the job that had been offered so it was absolutely imperative that i pass the test. the week before i had kinda been anticipating having to take a test but didn't know exactly when. with this in mind i had donated plasma on 12/28/07 and 12/30/07 thinking this might be a good way to purge my system of any metabolites (not sure if this helped but i'm pretty sure it didn't hurt).

so here's how it went down. i got the call about 10:30 am saying that they were offering me the job but i would have to take a urine test that day (had to get to the clinic by 4:45 that afternoon). paranoia immediately set in. i had done some research on drug tests in the past but never had my urine tested (only other drug test i had taken was an oral swab and passed that after smoking the afternoon before). as soon as i found out i had to take the test i filled a 1L bottle with water and chugged as i did more research. i was almost done with my first liter of water when i came across the aspirin trick, i ran to the medicine cabinet and popped 7 200mg ibuprofens thinking they were aspirins. i didn't take a good look at the bottle until i had taken all of them then continued with the research. further down the page that suggested aspirin, it talked about ibuprofen causing false positives. now i really start to freak out. i ran to the bathroom and shoved my finger down my throat to get the damn ibuprofen out of my stomach. i hadn't eaten anything all day so there wasn't anything in my stomach other than the liter of water i had just slammed. i finally got myself to vomit a bit but all that came out was about 300ml of water and some blood, no ibuprofen to be found. i kept trying for about 5 min but had no luck. i figured i just had to try to flush my system out as much as possible. i get back to the research and find this page and get discouraged because i don't have the cash for creatine and b complex. i decide my only chance is to drink as much water as possible. i got about 3 liters of water down and start to get nervous because my urine is crystal clear. i needed to do something about it so i figured i would just buy the b complex, luckily when i get to the store it was on sale for $1.77 (each pill had 10.2mg b2 and a bunch of other crap). by the time i get the vitamins its about 2:00, i take 5 in the parking lot, run a quick errand, then head home. at around 2:30 i crushed up about 15 pills and dissolved them in about a liter of water. my stomach then began to feel terrible since i hadn't eaten all day. i had 2 corn dogs and began to feel slightly better. i finally felt a little relief at around 4:00 when my urine started to come out an acceptable shade of yellow. overall i'd had about 6 liters of water since 10:30. i went to the clinic at 4:30, took the test (ecup), and passed!

sorry for the long post but thought it was worth noting i passed without taking creatine or eating lots of red meat in the days prior. thanks again N2!

If you go back a couple pages I posted a thread of my first home test success and I said I would come back and give everyone the results of the actual test...

WELL, I PASSED!!!

If you want the method I used go back a page and check it out...I will be more than happy to answer ANY questions that anyone has about how I did it, how much of each thing I took and whatever else...

For pre employment they will only be checking for the prescribed metabolites as ordered by the employer . They do not check gender or dna

OK, I decided to use the dilution method and did my first practice run yesterday. I started on Friday by taking creatine and a one-a-day multivitamin. Ate crappy food (bacon cheeseburgers, tacos, etc) on Friday and Saturday. Before bed, I washed down 4 aspirin. So Sunday morning rolls around and I do the N2 method.

Began by taking a multivitamin and 4 aspirin at 9am. Doing the method, I drink only water. I didn't eat anything either, save a handful of peanuts around 11am. at 11:30am - 2hrs 30mins into it, I downed 10 500mcg capsules of B12. Voided 2x and it was still crystal clear, which is worrisome. Took the test at 1:05pm. PASSED!

Great news, great confidence booster. but the fact that the B-12 seemed to do absolutely nothing (it wasn't until very late in the day that my urine returned to its "normal" color) was concerning. So what did I do wrong - should I be using a B complex?

The actual test is tomorrow, I'm going to do 1 more practice run today in the afternoon. Any suggestions on how I can improve the coloring.

Sound like you may be taking "time released" tablets

Try crushing them and mixing with water and drink
