Nope, weren't time release - I made sure to check that before purchase them.

But the problem was solved today. Found out my roommate had a stash of B-Complex ones that were yellow-colored and even smelled like piss, so I figured these HAD to work haha.

Anyway, did the same thing as the first practice run, except I started at 11:15 today, instead of 9. The other difference was that I during the 4 hour period, had some pizza. It made it easier to have so many liquids, but I was also ended up feeling *stuffed*. Anyway, took 10 vitamins about 1 hour before the 2nd practice run. Took the test at 3:30, piss was a little lighter than normal, but certainly better than yesterday and looked very legit. 10 mins. PASSED! Swish, 2 for 2! Feeling great, very confident about tomorrow. Just going to follow the plan to a T.

The only adjustment I'm going to make is that I'm going to take fewer b-complex for the real run tomorrow, but might crush 1 or 2 of them. Around 5, I had to go again and this time it was the neon glow-in-the-dark yellow. If I handed that in, I'm sure there would be some suspicion. Anyway, I'm feeling good, body's a little messed up from the whole thing so I just hope I get an answer quick and can get back to eating well and hitting the gym. I'll let you guys know once I get the results.

one more question how long before the test did you stop smoking weed? or did you even quit? im basically asking how much time before the test should i quit? im sure the longer the better but in general how long before did you quit smoking weed when using this dilution method?

PASSED! Start Monday, can't wait. I was fired from my last job (market downturn, I work in finance, so it wasn't drug/performance related) and getting another job in 3 weeks was a huge relief.

Thank you N2 and Sec for the help. Now it's time to get back to the gym and stop eating this bad food. Man cannot survive on Big Macs alone.

Now, where dat weed at? Hahaha...stay high and stay safe people

N2 isn't around anymore as far as I know.

Drinking something everyday does NOTHING to help you when its test time

If you feel confident that you'll pass the test, the best thing to do is just abstain until you get the results back.

Had a great new IT job at the University (GO GATORS) fall into my lap 3 weeks ago. Been a heavy smoker for quite a while now(years), and was really stressing about an upcoming test. This was a great opportunity to get my foot in the door and really didn't want to screw this up.

Well after three weeks off the bud I was failing tests so I followed the teachings of N2 and low and behold.....................



I passed today with flying colors.

I did the dilution and had to drink ALOT more water. I did pass at the 4 hour mark, but failed 15 minutes later. I didn't replace the void after passing, did that cause me to fail?
Also, if I don't drop in an hour, would that cause a positive.
I have an hour drive to test site and my plan is to dilute, pass before leaving, then hold it for about an hour, then test. Is this possible? Please help!!!

I'm going to have a piss test sometime this month. I think toward the latter part of the month. I last smoked on Friday night. On the regular, I may take a hit off of a joint 2-3 times a week. Not potent stuff at all. I've been smoking for quite some time now. I'm about 5'8" and weigh at 190.

What's the best strategy for someone like me. I've quit smoking and plan to go to GNC store and get some creatine and plan to work out a little. Drink water and cranberry juice. I've also started taking Bcomplex, vitamin c, vitamin E. I spoke with lady at GNC store and she says that everyone buys this product for urine test. I assume its one of those sugary types of drinks.

I drink alot of water, pop and beer. I piss all the time!! My metabolism is okay. Am I on the right path or what?

Please help a smoker out!!

To the mods here... you must be saints I've read the water loading and sub threads again 70% of which could be eliminated if people would just read. It gets boring reading the same questions over and over and over again. My suggestion for people needing to test is to practice. I've done at least 10 practice runs in the past few years and if done correctly it works. I have also passed a pre employment and a random test using this method (I had 7weeks notice on the random because it was a new company policy) I was still dirty after 7 weeks. I quit that job 2 weeks after i passed the test and later found out i was randomly selected again a couple of weeks later. 10% of employees were tested monthly. I have told a bunch of people about this sight and how to pass yet they insist on buying detox drinks, niacin, pectin and whatever else bull crap thats out there for sale. Anyway I have a preemployment physical and drug test tomarrow I'm going to sub if possible but will be gatoraide loaded just in case. I really hope they will let me pee before the physical so I can sub since I've only been clean 5 days at test time. I did a practice run yesterday and today passed both but they were relitivly faint lines but they were lines. The job offer dropped out of the sky on me i guess the worst case senario I keep the job I have. I know i will be nervous going in but i can't imagine how nervous i would be without the tools provided by this sight. Thanks again Mods sorry to see n2 and grilmeets left.
