i have a bit of a problem, filled out an app. 2 months ago. never heard from them so i started smokin again (dont have to worry with my present employer) . well i got a phone call today saying they want me to come in a do paperwork and take a pee test tomorrow . my problem is i smoked last night and im a heavy smoker 1/2 o a week or more. anybody think ive got a chance with the asprin/ dilution method? started loading creatine drinking lots of fluids taking asprin and b12. dont have time to sub. dont know any clean donors to ask. any advise would be greatly appriciated. tinn

well i had to take a emit test for walmart a while ago but i smoked 3-4 days before that and all i did was DRINK water ... 8 liters a day ... i have heard from N2 that asprin but i have also been told it can cause false positive. and i passed.

to clear up confusion, aspirin does not cause a false positive, it actually causes a false negative, meaning it can cause a test to show up as clean when you are really dirty; I just wanted to make sure you as well as Aaron are aware of that. With that said, since you cannot go the sub you are going to be going to the test with a pretty big risk of failing. Your best bet is to go the dilution method posted by N2, using a combination of aspirin and water. You can use B-vitamins for color, but you could also drink powerade which has b-vitamin complex already in it. Take a creatine supp prior in order to keep you creatinine levels in check, pee often before the screening, drink plenty of fluids, and give a midstream sample. Other than that, there is nothing more than can be done. I wish you luck, keep us posted on the results. Cheers!

start tomorrow. i used the dillution and asprin method. in a 24hr period i consumed 12 to 14 asprin 1 gallon powerade ,1/2 2oz bottle of creatine monohydrate ( got it from local healthfood shop) 20 vit.b caps . had my usual 1/2 pot of coffee in the morning. took home test right before going in (passing that realy helped) and the proof is is the pudding. thank all of you for your help 2 thumbs up for you n2
if anyone is interested it dsi lab and it was a 5 panel test whatever that means
