|  question about testing my husband has to go get his health card for work for when he drives the company truck. He doesnt need or have a commercial drivers license. I checked out the dot's website in regards to testing and it is my understanding that the dot only requires drug testing if you have a cdl or if the treuck is over 26K pounds. Have I misunderstood this? He has to go in tomorrow so we are hoping they won't be drug testing him, they do take a urine sample but I believe it's to test for diabetes. Any thoughts? |
