I have a great delima. I recently found out that i have a drug test to take. I have been smoking almost daily for the last 2-3 months. I will take the test tomarrow morning. Yesterday and today i have been consuming large amounts of water, gateraid, multi-vitamins, and asprin. Do i have a chance of passing? And does it help to put the begining stream of urine, middel, and end into the cup. Any help would save my life. Thanks much!

also, if i decide to use the substitution technique, do most places have a required amount of oz. of piss?

If you dilute, use mid-stream. If you substitute, you need at least 2oz or 60ml. N2
