Hey, thanks for reading my thread this is my first post and I would just like to say hello to everyone. It sucks my first post is on this subject but.......

I am 23 year old male about 5'9 135-140 fairly high metabolism don't really excercise I smoke about an 1/8 or so a week for the last few years (on and off but on for the last few months). I have to go take a urine test tomorrow (Sat) and the last time I smoked was Wed night.

I am going the dilution method. I am going to drink about a gallon of water a liter of powerade take a few vitamin b and some asprin and I bought the Eclipse Pills from GNC (from what I have read on here most people don't think these work but I figure what the hell for $40 its worth it for a one time thing) if you have had any experience with these GNC products please let me know.

Well my question is that I have read a couple of posts by N2 and S2 and one of them said it takes about a week for the dilution method to work for daily smokers and since I was smoking multiple times a day (1/8 week) if I should postpone the test. I can take the test as many times as I need to pass but have to pay out of pocket for all times over one and I have to have my results faxed by the end of next week. I was thinking take it tomorrow see if I pass and if I don't I still have a few more days to try. I am not really worried about the money since the job pays pretty good and a few hundred dollars is nothing compared to the amount of money I would lose if I don't eventually pass.

Sorry for the ramble but my question is basically do I have a good chance of passing tomorrow or should I wait a few more days. If you think I have no chance tomorrow than I'll probably wait if I have a decent chance than I'm going to go ahead and try.

Edit: I'll post my results when I receive them to help educate others if I'm not too high

If you can easliy push the test back a few more days, I'd say go ahead and do that. It gives you more of a cushion of safety. Good luck.

yeah but the thing is I can take it a few times, I just have to show them the papers by the end of next week so I figure I should try early so I have time if I need to go again

Well whatever you did to get yourself tested must suck?!....Do you think if you went and told the truth might help? But yeah, id ask to have the test at a later date if possible, if your feel stressed......Good luck i hope you dont get in to much **** if you fail....lol

I don't have a to take it a bunch of times only once if i pass

I just have to get a personal test and send it to my work by the end of the week I am the first person to see the results so if I don't pass I'll have to go again and won't send those results in

You should substitute a clean sample given your stats. You can get a sample of two of synthetic urine which would cost less than those GNC pills and the synthetic urine is not detectable and gives you a 100% chance of passing.

Dilution can work with less than a week under your belt but remember dilution is a way of dropping your level of THC below the assay cutoff, so it will only work if your levels are not that high when you go for the day of the test.

do those gnc things do anything beside try to raise your specific gravity?.........basically they are just the dilution method?

****......alright well I went and took the test today.

I drank 2 liters of water and 64oz. of powerade in 2 hours before the test then I took the eclipse pills and a bunch of vitamin b.

Took the test at about 1:30-2pm and when I got home I was sitting around thought i'd go buy a home test to see what happens (should have done this before going but i'm an idiot). At about 5 I took the home test (hadn't been drinking any fluids since before the test) and I only got one line meaning preliminary not negative. so i think i may be f***ed, what do you guys think?

it all depends on how dilute you were when you took the test, you may have given a more concentrated sample after the test if you stopped drowning yourself after the test.

One line means you tested positive, but a faint second line could mean a negative.

Let us know how it turns out; remember, dilution is a great trick but if your levels are too high to begin with, you may not be able to dilute your urine enough to fall below the assay cutoff of 50ng/ml

yeah.........i was pretty dilute i think pissing every 15 mins and i chugged 32oz. of powerade mins before the test in the waiting room so I'm sure I was a lot more dilute for the real test.

If i fail i think i'm going to go substitution method since it seemed it would be really easy and now that I am comfortable with the method (today was my first time pissing).

there was a really really really faint line more like half a line that showed up a little late on the home test it was like a 1/4-1/2 of the width

I'll let everyone know monday how it turns out
