Hey all, Im a new user but Ive been reading this forum for the last few days. I hve a urine test tomorow and am a little worried. I smoked occasionally over the last few months, never more than a gram a week, but sometimes id go a week or two without smoking. As far as history goes, three weeks ago i smoked a bowl, then i went a week clean, then i smoked two bowels in a group, and then for the next 14 days i havnt smoked at all. My tests tomorow, and thats gonna be day 15 for not smoking. When I was smoking, it was low quality, ourdoor grown mids. Looks pretty much like dank weed.

Im 19 years old, 5'11", 125 lbs, very low body fat, very high metabolism. ive been drinkin a lot of alcohol over the last two weeks also, usually resulting in me pissing 10-12 times a night. Think I have any luck in pasing this test tomorrow? The type of test is SAP 10-50/2000 W/NIT at a place called quest. I was planning on drinking a lot of water tomorrow, along with vitamin B and 4 aspirin's like 4 hours before i go for the test. Should I be worried about this test? Its a preemployment test for a job that Id like to have. Thanks for your answers, Im sorry things like this have been posted a billlion times before, but im nervous as hell now.

I would substitute if I were you. You have a good chance of passing with the dilution route but that method is never for sure. Given your height and weight you have a better chance than most at passing since your test since you have less body fat than most people, but remember that THC turnover occurs in the fat cells and is only increased by exercise. I have known friends who weigh as much as you but still need as much time as people who weigh 150 pounds because they don't exercise regularly. But in reality a lot of your metabolism is dependant upon genetics; if you can pound McDonalds and never gain any weight, you have a better shot at a faster clean out than others. As an example, I am 5'9, 170 pounds, 8% body fat, workout 2 hours at least 5 days a work, and it takes me 19 days to clean out; I smoke about once a day only a couple bong hits. My friend who weighs 140 and is my same height needs four weeks and smokes the same as mine. Again, everyone is different.

The sticky on substitution is very precise and is a great way to guarantee you will pass. Pre-emp tests are not observed 99% of the time so you don't have to worry about someone watching you.

Good luck...if you have a chance run down to a drugstore and get a home test and test yourself I would do that; it is the only way to be 100% positive whether you are negative for the lab test or not. The drugstore test is just as accurate as the lab test.

I agree with the suggestion to get a test kit from a local drug store. They're about 8 bucks and can alleviate a lot of unnecessary stress.

At least you'll know where you stand. Given your age and stats, sounds like you're in pretty good shape. Take a deep breath (of non-smoky air!) and relax. Good luck, bro!

Well, I bought a home test from cvs and passed it yesterday without doing anything special before taking it. The actual preemployment test is today. Im still going to drink a lot of water, but Im not as worried as I was. Ill post here and in the results section when I find out what happens.

Got the call today, I passed the test and have the job! Thanks to all who posted in this message, and about every other message for the last week for any advice and help =)
