I'm 18, 170lbs, 5'10, I use to smoke 3 times a week and sometimes even more. On my test day I will have been clean for 25 days. I workout 6 times a week and sweat quite a bit, drink plently of water and take 1 multi vitamin everyday. I was wondering if I should be able to pass my urine test! thanks!

I would say you are in pretty good shape. Your chances of passing are very good given your abstaining for that long of a time. IMO I would still dilute your urine by drinking water; also I would suggest taking some aspirin the day of the test. You should urinate 3-4 times before the sample you give to the lab, you should give a midstream sample, and you should not exercise the day of the test.

Hey thanks! Just a quick question, what do you mean by midstream sample? Also I only have 2 and a half asprins left and how many hours before my test should I take them?

"Midstream sample" means piss into the toilet bowl for a few seconds, then piss into the the cup, then finish off in the bowl again. In other words, give them the urine sample from the middle of your whole urine stream.

Re: the aspirin, I've read different things about how to use it. There's some info on the sticky in this chat, and here's what I'm gonna do this week -- 6 hours before the test, take two aspirin, take 2 more 4 hours before the test, and 2 more again 2 hours before the test. A heavy load of aspirin, but since aspirin is so cheap and available, who cares? It might make my ears ring for a while, but it's better than unemployment.

Since you have little to worry about, you might not need that much. And some folks say hydrate with Gatorade or other sports drinks instead of water. Good luck!
