| As anyone received "heat factory" hot packs when they bought QF5.7? I just read on the spectrum web site that the synthetic urine would be no good! I do remember the hot pack being in a red packet and not the silver one. I test each bottle I buy though with validity strips and they have passed each time. Talk about freaking out! |

| Back when I first used the QF nearly a decade ago (when the formula was 3.0 and came in a 4 oz bottle) Spectrum Labs actually used the Heat Factory heatpaks. They stopped using the Heat Factory paks when the formula was changed to 4.0 in late 2003.

| Lew, thanks for replying! It's just that I went on the Spectrum web site to get the new 3oz bottle and I saw the warning at the top of their page. I had my random last week and I used both my bottles. One of them I think, came with a red heating pack. But I did use validity strips on them and all was good. It was the easiest test I had ever taken. I am stressing out because it was the first time I had to use QF. Then I saw that warning so you can imagine. Lew, you and Sec are the best! Thanks for all the help and information. |

| I have also read the spectrum labs announcements. I bought quick fix 5.7 on amazon, and it just got here today. However, I am a bit worried because the head pad inside the box is "hotties" and its not like the one that shows online. Also, the instructions sheet (where batch num. shows) is a green paper and cut just to be small enough for the instructions???? And it says "BATCH F5F-09". is it supposed to be like this?? Seems a bit weird to me. EDIT: I know I can, and will, test with validity strips later, but I just wanted some reassurance now.. Thanks for all the help.
