Hi all.

On Halloween night, I was hanging out with my friends and one of them brought weed.
He insisted me to take just ONE hit (that's... one inhale right?) and I did. But then I realized I'm in situation trying to get a full time job and I already done couple interviews. One of them could just tell me to go take a test anytime now.
I am not a constant smoker at all. My last hit before Halloween was... a year ago, and I done one or two hit that time.
My height is 5'5, about 145lbs, and average metabolism. I'm gonna go to gym everyday from today and go into sauna too. Plus I'm going to drink loads of water and planning on buying detox drink or pill from GNC.
My question is... how long would it be in my system? I heard it can stay for 90 days, but is that only for heavy smoker?
Also, if I have to do urine test within 30 days, should I do delution method to be on the safe side? (I assume this still works)
