|  Agreed. You will never know when it is coming so only smoking a couple of times a week and exercising isn't going to cover you for a pop test. You'll have to keep a bottle of synthetic and an extra hand warmer on standby for the duration. A good job is worth it, I keep a spare bottle of QF in my glove box at all times.
