Hi there folks, I am looking at a wonderful job opportunity that will come with an unsupervised urine test that will be sent off to the lab for a complete urinalysis. I have used the Number 1 synthetic urine bag for three different tests and passed, however this was like 3 years ago. I heard the number 1 is not available anymore so I bought "The Simple Solution" by A&B Enterprises. It turns out this is the new name for Puck Technology which made the number one. So here is the question, has anyone had experience with this product and also since it has been 3 years, I have seen posts claiming that synthetic urine is now detectable. Is this true??? The product is exactly the same as the original number one as far as I can tell, any information would be greatly appreciated, I am really concerned with whether or not synthetic is detectable assuming that the temp is correct and they accept the pee and send it off to the lab for a complete urinalysis. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

If they were detected there'd be a sticky warning people not to use them any longer. If that and all the success stories don't sell you, you can always buy adulteration strips and check the levels yourself. I know I do just to make sure the QF is A OK before using. As for that particular brand, never used it, but if someone has it'd be easy to find using the advanced search using the product name. Good Luck.

Thank you drweb, just curious, are adulteration strips available at head shops or is that something I need to purchase online?

I found mine at Amazon, never tried a shop before though

Synthetic urine is NOT detectable, I am the owner of A&B and know first hand. Our urine is made up of the same chemicals your body produces. We make it in our lab not the body thus making is Synthetic.

You are right it is NOT detectable, I passed with flying colors, thanks A and B. I was a bit nervous has it had been a few years since using it before. The only issue I had was getting it to temp. I had it on for 1.5 hours and it read about 96 degrees, I kept it on for another half hour or so and it warmed up to 98-100 degrees and I was able to deliver it at about 97. Sub-club, the way to go for pre-employment screens. This was a 5 panel test.
