"B-Complex 100" from GNC - good sourc of B Complex for Dilution?

Hi, planning on diluting per N2 method...and wondering which product is suggested for a source of "B Complex." I don't know much about pills.

I picked up a grey bottle of "B-Complex 100" from GNC which also says "Big 100" on the label. I realize that this may be kind of a silly question...that seems obvious but just trying to be as thorough and prepared as possible.

I want to walk into that test with confidence! thanks again.

You want something with plenty of B2 (also known as Riboflavin), which is best at giving you that yellow color (B6 and B12 also work but not as well). Read the label on the back, it should say all of whats in the pill.

PS. try not to go over 10 times the daily dose or you pee will glow neon yellow, do a trial run if you can

Thanks - yes I have time to do a trial run or two. On the back of the bottle it says "Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2) 100mg 5882%"

It sure sounds like a lot...so is the B-2 just to get the yellow color, that's it?
