Here it goes....... and understand I have to test by 7pm TODAY!!!

I'm 6'5" 300+ and inactive other than walking alot for work. I have a decent metabolism considering my size and activity level. I have one random day a month testing, and have passed all so far. They use what looks to be a 4 panel instant test, monitored, so no fake urine.

I have not smoked since Fri 10/30 or call it 10/31 early am. That gives me approx 5 days of water, mutlivitamns, niacin, gatorade/Propel (at least 2-4 bottles a day), caffeine, juices(mostly apple & orange) and of course water.

I only smoked for 1 week b4 stopping, hydro & midgrade, about 4 bowls everyday(about a 1/4 in total). This was up until like 10/27. Then I started my detox, got happy and smoked on the 30th. I work nights so my days are spent sleeping. My body is set up so that if I drink any fluids, especially water, I will pee every 45min to an hour. So when I am trying to sleep, as long as I drink water or juice, I am pissing constantly, with various amounts of color and toxins leaving. This happens until I am somewhat dehydrated it seams. So when it takes longer than an hr 4 me to go pee, I know I am lacking in the water dept.

The longest I have played with fire before and passed is 7 days. That was after a 2+ week binge. But this is closer and I am super worried. I bought a home test and plan on trying it around 4pm after I get what sleep I can. Until then its more sportsdrinks/juice/water for 5 hours and then I am going to let my body dehydrate so I can take a somewhat accurate home test.

Looking for advice, ideas. I will be checking back everytime I get up to pee, so any response would be greatly appreciated!
