Hello, i'm new here tho i have lurked around these forums for a while now.
I have some questions about diluting.. it's kind of long, sorry!!

I got a job last night but i have to take a drug test before i can start. I plan on taking the DT on Tuesday or Wednesday. So I will have been clean for 7-8 days come the 10-11th.

I was a 1-4 joints daily. my last joint was Tuesday night. i'm 5'8 female, 150lbs, i work out daily (mostly walking 20mins 2-4 times a day) I take vitamins daily. multivitamin, b-complex, fish oil and biotin and i take magnesium 1-3 times a week. so my questions are..

1. do you think biotin can help eliminate THC faster? and if so do you think i should stop taking it a few days before my DT? (might be a stupid question but i can't find anything on it) but i ask because it says it aids in the metabolism of carbohydrates, protein and fats. its a B water-soluble vitamin (b7 to be exact)

2. i'm a little confused on the working out part. I've read you should stop 2 days and i've read you should stop 4-5 days before a test... what should i do? should i workout till sat? stop and start pigging out? or should i start pigging out now while i'm working out? then get lazy 2 days before DT? while still pigging out... or is working out and eating junk food at the same time pointless? also, does it matter what i eat? will a high calorie diet work just as well as a high fat diet? (cuz i can't really do a high fat one due to my gallbladder but i can manage 30-40gms a day)

4. i only eat red meat maybe once every 2 weeks and the only thing i drink is water. so i am thinking my creatinine levels might already be kind of low? I plan on getting some creatine supplements on Friday or sat when i can get to the store but how much should i take?

5. i've read you should take tums because it will make your urine basic and that will allow your kidneys to excrete as much metabolite as possible and i read that after you do that and stop. you should take vitamin C because it makes it harder for the kidneys to excrete metabolites into the urine. is that true? I've read a lot of people take tums the day of their test? if it allows you to excrete more wouldn't that be a bad idea the day of your test? or is it used for something else? i'm confused.

6. will arthritis aspirin work just the same as reg aspirin? and do you think it really helps?

and lastly.. if i follow the diluting right even tho i was a heavy smoker do you think i stand a good chance of passing?

There is one thing I don't see in your post - a home drug test. Get a couple and see where you are. You do have a good chance with about 2 weeks clean by the time you test. Read more and you will understand a lot of your questions.

Exercise is great up until about 3 days prior. Tums and aspirin used to interfere with an older version of an instant test, they don't help so much anymore unless you count treating the headache and heartburn you get from worrying helpful.

Take a creatine suppliment. it can't hurt and will only help if you need to dilute.

eh... so shouldnt the be taking the whole aspirin thing off the dilution instructions on here if it doesn't work anymore? It's pretty bad for your kidneys to take like... 12 aspirin in 12 hours anyways... and if it doesn't even work anymore... why is it on there?
