Here goes:
Recently I applied for a job that required pre-employment drug testing. I received a written offer in the mail as well as a 48 hour notice to go get e piss test. I hadn't smoked that whole week but I was a very frequent user before then so I knew that I would fail unless I did something. A friend recommended a product from GNC that would "mask" the THC in my urine. I took the product (tasted like ass) the day of the test and went to go pee. Everything went fine until several days later when I was called and informed that my urine was diluted and that I had to complete another test within 48 hours.

It was then that I did some more research on these so called "flush" products. Reading the many posts on this website I realized that they were all bull**** and that I needed a better way to pass (I had smoked the day after my first test, oops.) I decided on substitution, found a friend that was clean and passed the second test.

Here's what I did:
- bought a 59 mL travel nail polish remover bottle for easy cleaning
- got a packet of hand warmers (just in case)
- used a jock strap to conceal everything

On the way to the test, i put the hand warmers and the bottle filled with my friend's clean piss in the jock strap. In the parking lot, I checked the temp and it was 104, a little high. I took out the hand warmers and went into the facility. They had me waiting for 20 minutes during which time I had my legs crossed to keep the sample warm. Luckily when I poured it out into their cup, the thermometer read 94 degrees and everything went smoothly.

Substitution is definitely the way to go. Don't fall for all thos "flush" products. They DO NOT work.

That's my story, hopefully it'll help some of you other heads.

it should be noted that the flush products do work if you are clean for a little while and you use it properly, they work on the principle of dilution and though they may be no better than some water and vitamins, they can help you if you don't want to hassle with taking creatine, vitamins and such. But you could get the same results from those masking agents by using N2 suggestions on the dilution thread.


Cheers to you for passing the test the substitution route. It is always good to see that the time put in to help has some positive outcomes in the end.

Amen for substitution!!! Telling me not to smoke pot is such an invasion of my rights. Damn the man for making me be sneaky.

Given that most drug tests are easily fooled by relatively simple methods, it seems to me that rather than testing for drug use, employers are testing for the creative, research, and problem-solving skills necessary to successfully pass a drug test. Congrats to all the employers who have gained creative, research-adept, problem-solving employee assets who may occasionally (or very often) enjoy marijuana (in a way similar to the great American tradition of "Happy Hour") in their after-work time. In my opinion, habitually indulging in a drug that can expand intellectual horizons is more desirable in a candidate for employment than is the less creative indulgence of nightly post-work alcohol meant to dull the senses and weaken the body. (by the way if you like to drink that's cool, I think you can drink everyday and maybe be a good employee. I only object to this arbitrary hierarchy of vices, wherein I don't have to worry about the drink I had the night before, the other, far more damaging to job performance and health, (it seems they frown upon mentioning drugs other than marijuana in these forums) illegal intoxicants I may have enjoyed earlier in the week, but MARIJUANA is enough to reject an applicant. ABSURD, I SAY!
