this is going to be just like all the other posts, but i'm requesting a bit more detail.

i smoked pot twice this week (hadn't done it before that in over 2 years). i am switching jobs and now have to take a drug test. i am hoping to put it off for 10 days.

5'5", 150 lbs, exercise daily

i will do dilution and get creatine/vitamin b, etc. i will buy store bought tests and check myself out.

1. how should i change my eating habits? what foods will help me not keep all this inside me>

2. how reliable are the storebought tests...are they of the same caliber as the testing facilities?

3. how effective are the products that evacuate your system for a four hour window after taking them? would you try them? would you try them ALONG with everything else?

1. eat light meals, fiber is good, as is vegetables, then have a red meat meal the night before your test.
2. the store bought tests are just as accurate as the tests they do at the lab, both have a 50ng/ml cutoff level so if you pass the home test you will pass the test at the lab.
3. I would not waste the money on the drinks since they work on the principle of dilution and the same effect can be attained by reviewing the guidelines by N2 on the dilution thread. If you are able to see one of the drinks at the store, read the ingredients; they are just water, creatine, and vitamin b, all of which can be attained at your local drugstore for far less than what the cost of those drinks are (those drinks are 30 bucks or more at most places.) The drinks are cashing in on the people like us who think they are a cure all. Horrible but true.

i just passed an over the counter test from cvs.

i guess that means that if you take 6 hits from a one hitter- 3 days later there is nothing there in your system? could that be?

i will still be working out a lot and drinking lots of water. i bought creatine (it was so expensive), so i might bring that back.

What S2 said ..exactaly!!! That is just the way YOUR body has reacted, this particular time that you smoked. Next time could be different depending on all the variables that you have probably read about on this forum.
