Hi again,

I have a pre emp urine test monday morning, Havn't smoked since last sunday, and I usually smoke one weekends

I took the at home test today (saturday) and the THC line was faint.. it was there, but really faint... does that mean I've come up negative?

I got a faint line for both THC and PCP (angeldust) f**king angeldust!!! I've never touched that stuff...

anyways if someone can let me know if a faint line is a pass, and what I can do to make it a stronger line... I didn't really dilute much today, this whole week I've drank ocean loads of water...

on the home test even a faint line should be interpreted as a negative result. What kind of home test did you use? I know that most of them will say that it does not matter how dark the line is, as long as it is there.

if there was a direction card with it, most will tell you that a faint line should be a negative result. If I were you I would maybe get another one and run it with tap water to see if that one shows the same faint line; but in reality, the test will not react with a line unless the levels in your system are below cutoff. The faint line could just mean that you are right at the cutoff level for the test.

Unfortunately there was nothing about a faint line, although I think you're right... don't have the time to get another test now... the test is tomorrow with my final interview... here's what I've done since last week given 8 days notice

1. worked out like a maniac at the gym and ate very light meals 5 times a day

2. drank 3/4 gallon of water each day

3. stopped workign out yesterday, and just lounged around eating burgers and steaks all yesterday and today...

Tomorrow I'm gonna drink tons of water, and take a ton of aspiren b4 going in.

The home test that I did referred to ghosts lines, and how not to intepret them as negative readings. I'm not should of the exact test I took, but it said a light line with a pink tint color can be viewed as negative, but not a ghost line without any tint.

The home test I used was Insta Check, and it said that the thc line should "always" be darker than the control line. So when I saw a faint line for thc I was pretty sure I was right around the cutoff level.
Thought I should post that because I know many like N2 have said even a faint line is a negative. I don't believe that is the case on all home tests.

This is all dependant upon the test you use, certain tests will tell you that the darkness of the line does not matter, as long as it is there; others may say otherwise. Most tests should come with directions about this, or at least indications of how to interpret the lines on the test.

I've been using home tests ~weekly for around a month now. In the last month ive read the results from almost 20 home tests. From my experience reading the test results, and watching them change with dilution: the darker the line the cleaner you are. But keep in mind I would only make this assumption if you are testing multiple times with the same test kit, from the same manufacturing batch.
