...for my life insurance physical..The paramedic dude came to my house.

The guy didn't even care about me using a synthetic urine or anything..he just gave me a up with thermometer thing on it..and 2 additional tubes and told me to go to the bathroom, take a piss into the cup (and throw it away after), and to pour the urine from the cup into the 2 tubes (the tubes had 2 very small pills in them and he told me it's to preserve the quality of the urine since they don't know if it will go under examination in a week or 2 weeks or 3 weeks.) I soooooooo should've used a synthetic urine/a clean urine but I didn't want to get caught in case they did DNA testing and whatnot.

I'm 6'1 tall, 215 lbs, pretty chubby with muscle hidden under them LOL...I used the dilution method. I was a daily smoker, but pretty light smoker (gram of medical weed would last me a week) but I also lifted/did cardio 3-4 days a week as my normal daily routine, even before I knew I had to do this physical.

I've been sober for 8 days. I did very heavy cardio for 5 days and pigged out for 3 days. Both my "1st void" of the day and the "diluted" urine I tested 30 minutes before the physical came negative on the "at home test" kit but I diluted anyways because I've read some insurance companies do the "screening cut off" at 50 ng/dl and "confirmation" at as low as 5 ng/dl

I'm worried about two things. l'm worried about this "confirmation" at 5 ng/dl..because I answered no on the question "have you used any controlled substances such as cocaine in the last 6 years". I'm pretty sure the THC level of my urine is below 50 ng/dl so I'd easily pass at that cut off but since it's only been 8 days, I'm not sure if it's below the 5 ng/dl confirmation cutoff.

Another thing I'm worried about is the dilution of my urine. The CVS home test kit came with a test strip that allowed me to quickly test the creatinine, specific gravity,pH, nitrite, bleach and other "alteration" substances. Even tho I loaded up on creatine for 3 days and drank 2 bottles of salted, 20 oz gatorade 3 hours before the test, my creatinine level and specific gravity level were right in between the "Abnormal" and "Normal" line..so I might have to retake the urine test..I just hope they don't ask for my hair sample next time...

I called like 5 different agents to make sure they don't do hair samples, but I never asked if they'll do hair samples if the urine came out to be diluted..so I'm nervous about that..I'll update when I get the results!
