Ok whatsup guys im in a extreme position here
The last time I smoked was last monday , And I havent been doing anything since i didnt know i was gonna need to do a piss test for my job , the test is in like 1 hour , and I havent been drinking alot , They basically told me today which is complete BS anywayz .ok

1. Last time smoked Monday thats like a week ago
2. havent drinked alot of water
3. Just took a mulit vitamin pill which has vitamin B1 and Vitamin B2 in it both 25 mg

Ok lets be honest is their any chance i will pass this , do you recommend me to take 5 more pills and drink some water will that work at all ?

1. 5'9
2. little fat around waste
3.Pre employement test
4. chronic smoker
5.Didnt smoke one week , then smoked friday sat sun , didnt smokke all week friday sat sun smoked again , then Smoked a whole week and quit on monday
which was a week ago

if you have a friend with clean urine, go that route since pre-emp tests are usually not observed. If that is not available, you should start loading up on water now, try to urinate as much as possible before the urine you give to the lab, and don't overdo the vitamins, take what they recommend. You could use powerade instead of water, which has b-complex vitamins in it, which can help to color your urine a yellow color to help keep suspicion down. You chances are not great, but with dilution you have a shot.

hey thanks , ok some good news I can do it tomorow .

Ok also if i go jogging tonight and then tomorw morning will that help to or will that not help ? and im buying some steaks , that will increase the creatine level i think right ?

SO my plan is start drinking alot of water today go jogging tonight eat a super steak , then morning Lots of water go jogging , water and 4 aspirins etc as seen in the guidelines then for lunch a steak and then folow guidlines which is water then aspirin and in the end drink they power rade , to give the piss a yellow colour to avoid suspicion , Ok should i add anything , not do something plz let me know . red meat is good because it helps boost your creatine levels, which will drop naturally with the dilution of your urine. However, I would stay away from any fatty foods until after the urine screening. Dilute, dilute, go get some powerade if you can, since it has b-vitamins in it, but other than that, you are doing everything you can. Good to hear you can postpone it, since you need to dilute a few hours in advance to the test to allow for the dilution technique to work in your system.

Whats up guys just went to the store , I got :

1 Gallon water (the big one )
4 1.5liter water bottles
1 Powerrade 1.89 L
1 Powerrade 946 ml 32 fl oz bottle

And the aspirin (regular strength) 325 mg each

and then 2 huge steaks for the creatine , i ll eat one tonight .

Is this enough to do the it? , will I make it .

Ok and one more thing basically i need to do the diluting method tomorow , so i should not start today ? I should i do it today and tomorow ?

Ok and absed on the info above should ago around 12 or like in the afther noon they close at 5 so should i go around 4.00 pm , so they are already tiered and already wanting to go home ?

make sure that you take b vitamin, I would check your piss since you will be pissing every 10mins and take them until it has some yellow color in it, you know what piss looks like

We all hope you pass man.....but , taking a test only one week after being a chronic smoker......well....has it's risks.
If I were you, and could substitute.....that's what I'd do.
If you do pass with dilution.......Please come back and let us all know exactly how you did it.

wahtsup , just got back guess i gotta waith for the results now , how long this it usually take , Man when I got their I had to piss like crazy even afther filling the cup ,i still had to keep pissing , When I let home i was still pissing water afther drinking powerrade and 2 mulit vitamins , I was worried about that , when i got their it was pretty yellow which was a relief , well I hope i passed

That's great man.... but, what did you do , if anything to help you pass in such a short period of time?? I have pretty similar stats as yourself, 5' 10"
bout 155 pounds, I'm in very good shape, mostly muscle, and a pretty fast metabolism. I came up positive on a probation test after 10 days..(no dilution or cleansers) So, whenever I give input, it is from my own experience, and think everyone should be safe not sorry. Clean after 4 days is ...imho.... the exeption, not the rule. If everyone were clean after only 4 days of chronic smoking, there would be alot less threads posted on this site.
You say you took the test....did you pass?? Did you dilute?? Was it in the morning?? Afternoon?? What test did you take?? My point being, one should probably give themselves ample time, and take proper precautions before taking a urine test that implicates so many variables.
