I'm about 5'10", about 180 lbs, and I have no idea what my matabolism is like. I know i am going to have a drug test this friday, and I should pass it, because I haven't smoked for at least two weeks, and when I did smoke, it was not very often. But, after that, I am going to have random drug tests. Given that I don't smoke alot (usually only on the weekends), and that I exercise, how long do you think it would take for the stuff to get out of my blood stream? I realize this is a really difficult question to answer, and I know that if I have a test the day after I smoke, or eat weed, then I'm screwed.

Considering that the only two things in your favor are that your usage is light-to-moderate ("usually only on the weekends"), and that you exercise at least a little (although you didn't say how often and for how long), it still may take up to a month for you to pass a test.

I hate to tell you this, but I'm not even sure you'll pass your test on Friday, after having stopped smoking for only two weeks. Under normal circumstances (and your circumstances are pretty normal), weed can easily stay in your system for a month. I'd buy either a detox kit or some synthetic urine for substitution if I were you.

very true cassius, though if dilution were to be done you could dilute your urine below the cutoff level on the test even though you may still be dirty. Remember, most tests have a 50ng/ml cutoff, so you can still have some of it in your urine, but it has to be low enough to drop below the test. With two weeks under your belt you have a better lead time than most, but in reality, THC is not a fast moving substance in terms of leaving your body, so for instance, if you were to test your first urine of the day with no dilution, you could take even more than a month to clean out. Pretty crazy, but true.

P.S. If you have the chance, and you are not observed, why not find a friend with clean urine and get some samples from them? With the info on these boards, substitution has gotten a lot easier to do especially if they are not going to watch you. That way you can enjoy the MJ any time you wanted to while still passing the tests with flying colors.

get a home test and find out for sure, they are $15 at walgreens and well worth the money imo

Godfather............I'm not trying to "go against the family" (LOL)
But the previous three posts are all very true. Your chances of passing are fair..... But the only way to tell for your UPCOMING test...is , like Teg said....test yourself. Don't underestimate the time thc metabolites can stay in your system. Your probably cool, but, I wouldn't lay my bets on it.

Well, I'll let everyone know how it goes, this has kind of made my hopes go down quite abit though. But, I did just think of something, I do have a freind that doesn't smoke, and I wonder if he would be kind enough to donate. Does urine go stale?

Well if you REALLY want to substitute then go for it, I would dilute.
Urine does go stale and it is recommended that you obtain your sample no later than 24 hours prior to the test, then refridgerate it overnight. Make sure the temp is 90-98 degrees when you hand it to them. Check the substitution thread for more information.

If I were you, I would dilute since you already quit for 2 weeks. Dilution IMO, would work great and would be a lot less hassle than substitution.

Yeah I probably will just dilute it. It would be easier.

I would get some home tests and test yourself with dilution and/or without diluttion and see if you pass. If you pass dilute and go take the test.

If you fail I would order some synthetic urine online and use that instead of a friend's. For 2 reasons: 1) You are guaranteed clean piss 2) It is much easier to use no refrigeration, no going to stale just add water and heat up

while the first is true, you can always get synthetic, as teg mentioned, which will give you a perfect sample as long as it is within temp range, which is easy if you practice and get a small temp gauge from your drugstore. Remember that most, and I mean MOST sites will not observe you, so you can do whatever is needed once in the bathroom. It is not as much as a hassle as one may think, I just got a little nervous the first time I did it.

Dilution remember, is not always foolproof, so take this advice as you will; while dilution is good for some, if your levels are too high you may still not be able to dilute below cutoff levels.
