hello, I have never posted here before but I just barely had a Job interview and I believe that I will be drug tested. I frequently smoke pot, usualy on a daily basis, anyway I didn't know that I would even get the job, I applied hoping that I would get the job not really thinking I would be able to get it because I don't have a lot of experience in the field, but I got it. Anyway I think that I will be drug tested as I have some of the previous jobs that I have applied for, and I was wondering what I need to do to clean out my system ASAP, Im not sure when they are going to give me the drug test but It should be really soon. Anyone know of anything I can do to make the results clean?

depending on how long you will be clean you have two options. You can relax and get some synthetic urine or a friends urine the day before the test and use that, follow the subst. guidelines here on the forum for help on subst. It has become almost a science here on how to pass using the subst. route.

If you choose not to do this then you would want to dilute. To do this you need to load your body with fluids the day of the test along with B complex vitamins in order to color your urine to take away suspicion. Up to the day of the test eat light meals and exercise while keeping yourself hydrated as much as possible. Do not exercise the day of the test, and when you do take the test, ensure that you had urinated frequently during the day before giving them a sample, which will help to decrease the amount of THC metabolites that will show up in your urine. You can take a creatine supp as well 48 hours prior to the test to help build up creatinine in your urine, an essential part to the validity of the sample.
