I originally posted a few weeks earlier.

I had a pre employment drug screen last week. I was clean 6-weeks prior to the test. It was a Quest Diagnostics 5-50 (5drugs, 50ng EMIT THC cut off).

I am very nervous. I am waiting for my results and will post as soon as I know. I submited to the test on Thursday June 3rd. Here is how it went down.

Delayed test till last minute, but ended up having to take it exactly 42 days clean. I had exercised for two weeks straight prior to the test, and took Detoxify brand PreCleanse tablets during thie period and drank lots of water. Heavy chronic smoker prior, 160 lbs, 5-10, average metabolism. Failed home tests up till days before the dug test, but had to quit taking them due to cost.

Day of:

Breakfast of two peices of toast w. butter - 8:30am
Drank 1 gallon of water - 11am
Drank 32 ounces cranberry Juice - 11:30am
Drank Strip EC cleanse product (32oz, Covert Labs AZ) - 2pm
Drank about 10 oz water - till test time
Urinated about 5-6 times, as much as possible - till test time
Took test, mid stream urine, yellow color - 4:30pm

Test was unobserved and could have easily substituted. For those of you wondering how long it takes to be clean, I was unable to pass self tests 6 weeks clean!!! Looking at me, people are shocked when I tell them.

After the fact, I wish I had substituted. Also, I should have tried the aspirin suggested in the Sub-thread.

Thanks to this forum for info, and more importantly, support during this very stressful time. Will post when I get results. If they give me another chance, or for future tests, I will substitute and dilute as a backup. Hopefully luck is on my side.

P.S. I am a very experienced and educated Biochemist. This forum and the info contained in it is the very best available on the internet.

I would think with all that dilution you would be ok, but only the results will know for sure. Remember, you don't have to be totally clean, just below the levels on the test. Keep your fingers crossed and let's hope it comes out clean! Good luck!
