I'm the very occasional user. I smoked maybe 6-7 hits before remembering that there might be a possibility of a test for a new job. (New policy this year). I was hardly high at all, and i haven't smoked for 6 months prior. I've been lifting weights and doing some physical stuff sweating for probably half of the days. This was 2.5 weeks ago. I have a test tomorrow, I scheduled it for the last possible day at 3.30 in the afternoon ( last time slot too :-) ). I've started to drink quite a bit of water. I've been taking a multivitamin most days which contains 100% vitamin B and 100% niacin, although i understand a "daily value" is not enough if you're trying to clear this stuff up. What more can I do and how are my chances looking? --What can i do to improve them. Thanks a ton guys!

Edit: I'm 165 lbs, 6'0" 18 years old. Decently active, i try to do something relatively active at least for an hour a day, whether that means walking/jogging around disc golf, or lifting weights or both.

2.5 weeks clean from 6-7 hits and 6 months before that, you should be fine. Especially with the test in the afternoon.

man whenever I smoke after a month or so two hits gets me toasted real quick for hours...but all that aside, with plenty of water you should pass though I can not put a 100% guarantee of it. You can get a home test if you would like to. Don't overdo it on the water thing though, since it can lower your specific gravity below cutoff. You can drink powerade in place of water if you want to, that has salts in it and b vitamins to help you color your urine and keep the salt levels in check.

I have found in my specific gravity testing that even power/gator-ade isnt enough to keep specific gravity levels at undilute levels. I have to add 1/4-1/2tsp to every 16oz of gatorade I drink, and keep it at 30minute+ intervals to keep my specific gravity up. And a good b-complex vitamin or two to keep the color normal.

true fast, adding some salt to the powerade is a good call since it will help ensure the levels of S.G. stay above 1.003, the DOT cutoff, but some people have problems drinking the salty powerade. Also, keep in mind that powerade has enough b vitamins in it that if you stick to strictly powerade and some water you should be able to achieve a light yellow color which should be plenty of color for the test. You don't want to take to much vitamins since it will be like a fluorescent color which may arouse suspicion; plus if it looks a little clearer, there is nothing wrong with that, it just means it is a well hydrated sample.

Powerade should not be considered the same as other power drins; look at the ingredients and you will find that gatorade has no vitamins to color your urine when compare to the b complex contained in POWERADE only.

Well i am back from my trip. I still don't know the results yet. I THINK they're supposed to come to my house. Too bad I didn't know about the dilute stuff earlier. I ate a lot of rolaids, i had a lot of gatoraid, although a ton of water too. I would have done the salt thing but I'd already taken the test when those posts came. If i happen to get a dilute sample then what. Do i get to do it again? or do i have to do a damn hair test...?

excellent, in that case, i should be fine. my employer is a huge medical facility ( mayo clinic ), but they send the samples off. They are definitely not assuming that I'll be a positive result, and my boss himself has actually even joked about how ineffective and stupid the drug testing requirement is..its new this year. Last year they didn't have it, which caught me by surprise. Any idea how long it usually takes? they are sending it to...medtrox? i think thats the name. in st. paul minnesota ( 80 miles away ). I took the test at 4.15pm last wednesday (9th)
