I took a drug test for my probation 3 days ago and was clean... I smoked today and took like 6 hits... Ill probably get tested in about a month again..
I work out about 5 days out of 7. I drink atleast 8 glasses or more of water a day, and since i smoked im gonna start drinking a glass of pickle juice or 2 a day.. I run alot too. Im 6'3 and about 180 pounds... Very fast metabolism. I was wondering you folks opinon on how long it should take me to become clean again if i dont smoke again.. Thank you..

well, since you only smoke maybe once a month about 10 days should be sufficient to drop below cutoff levels. I have a lot of friends on probation; they all take monthly piss tests, they can smoke once or twice the first or second day after the piss test, and as long as they abstain until the next test, they always have come up clean. Given your exercise regimen you have an even faster detox rate. If you are going to be on piss tests monthly for a while here is what I suggest; after about 10 days get a home test and test yourself; if you are able to come back negative, you know how long your body will need to detox; if you test positive, test yourself after two weeks and follow the same protocol. Tests are expensive from the drugstore, so try ebay for bulk tests, I know you can get 10 tests on ebay for about 25.00 free shipping.

Thanks alot for the reply I should be fine i just wanted some advice from a expert which i believe you are It seems stupid for me to post this because one month after a piss test i smoked 6 joints in that same day... Then a month later came up and was neg. But i guess i got nervous. Thanks for the reply.
