i have a Urine Test tomarow for a job and its been 3 or 4 day sice i smoked if any body has any tips to help it would be great

my advice would be to find a friend with a clean urine sample who does not smoke, get some of their urine the night before or the day of the test, and follow the subst. guidelines on here to ensure the temperature is in check.

Now if you are a daily smoker up until the last few days, you will probably fail no doubt even if you do dilute; if you don't smoke everyday, depending on your smoking frequency, you can always dilute, but remember that diluting carries with it a chance of failing.

These are your options, so choose wisely and let us know of the results.

Don't pay the money for the drinks; they do nothing really that water cannot accomplish.

i did not do any thing specil tho i just said hay ether i pass or i don't and i took the test and i passed im one luckey SOB 4 days ago i was smokeing every day but i passe im luckey now i can go back to smokeing
