Im 5'11'', 260 lbs....i havent smoked in 7 days, and id say i only do it about once a week or so. i have a urine test in 3 days, so thats 10 days after i smoked, any ideas on what my chances are?? and if theres anything i can do?? please help

your chances are ok. I would suggest subst since it has a 100% chance of success, but dilution may also yield a good result for you since you will have time to get yourself ready and also you have time prior to diluting that you have not smoked.
