|  help please i'm 5'3, 130 lbs and have to take drug test tomarrow for a job. I have read the subsitution guidelines and was wondering if it mattered if the urine was from a male or a female. |

| Age or sex of the urine doner doesn't matter. All that does matter is that the doner is drug free. Hope that helps. N2
