I noticed alot of people who tested positive tested positive for marijuana, more than half in fact. Hmmm, a clue..... Could it be that half of America's workforce rocks the ganj? That alone should tip off the ol drug testing industry that a majority of the population does smoke pot.

I was thinking the same thing...it makes me feel that even though people decide to smoke marijuana they are still able to be active people in the working world and acquire jobs in the workforce that are not only important but are important enough to have drug testing as a pre-requisite. I still feel that MJ should be essentially taken out of the testing routine since it is really not fair to fail someone for something that may show up in their urine for weeks after use...I mean cocaine, heroin etc, they are gone in a matter of days, but MJ can hang around for so long I don't think it is fair to not offer employment to someone simply based on the fact that they may have THC metabolites in their fat cells that are excreted into their urine. Just another issue of american workforce oppressiveness, that, unfortunately, will most likely not be changed for a long time, if ever.

If MJ were legal, we would have no reason to test for it.
