Hi, i rarley ever smoke, I smoked once, a few bowls worth with 2 other people, about 27 days back, before that i didnt smoke for like a month, and maybe a month or so before that also, im 5'8 220 lbs, good mix of muscle / fat. Since my last smoke, i have been taking Centrum daily, and a Vitamin B super complex daley, somtimes a few times a day, 2 weeks back started taking creatine alone with my vitamins, had a few days of hard work in the sun, tonite i took a 4 of the vitamin b pills, drank some creatine, and have been drinking lots and lots of fluids, im going to keep drinking fluids untill i go to sleep in about two hours, then when i wake up, drink drink drink, vitamen b,, creatine, drink drink drink..... what are my chances? my friend says i have nothin to worry about either way....

YOur friend is likly correct. Given your smoking history, at 27 days clean, I can't imagine you still being above testing cutoff levels. Have an extra cup of coffee an hour before the test to help insure you can peepee on demand and you're good to go. Hope that helps. N2
