|  Help Test Soon ok memorial day weekend i smoked some weed for first time....it was a lil hydro and took couple hits from blunt....my math that was 17 days and i have the test thursday...im 5'7 145lbs and normal metabolism...what should i do and will i be ok?? |

| thanks man ill be sure to take n asprin 30 minutes b4 test n drink plenty of powerade that day...does middle urine work better? |

| yes "midstream" samples are the best since the THC metabolites are more concentrated in the first part of the urine stream. I would urinate at least a few seconds into the toilet, then some into the cup, and make sure the last of it goes into the toilet as well. That is a "perfect" sample in terms of testing purposes. And what N2 said, you will be fine |
