I've been reading through the threads looking for information, but thought I should post my situation and see what people say. I have a drug test on Saturday, and I stopped smoking today, so that gives me about five days. I'm 5'9, 180 lbs, and have a bottle of Vale's solution (at the advice of a friend). I was wondering if the dilution/aspirin technique would help me in this situation and would taking the Vale's in addition to that increase my chances of passing? Thanks

With 5 days clean, dilution will likly work. THe vales will not increase those chances, but it won't hurt them either. Hope you like the taste. N2

I read through the Vale website according to your post to gather information on the solution. Basically, it is a mix of fiber, creatine, and vitamins, so there is no hurt in taking it; unfortunately, most of Vale's products are aimed at long term detox compared to a quick cleansing program. With that said, if you choose to dilute, follow N2 guidelines. Ensure plenty of water/powerade is taken in the day of the test and make sure you urinate often before going to the labs for the sample you are to give. While the Vale solution may not significantly make a difference, it is a helpful product, and is especially useful in cases where you have more time to detox.

Have you considered substituting a clean sample? You can get one from any of your friends that are clean, it can be stored in the freezer until the day of the test, and will ensure a perfect test, as long as you are careful about keeping the temps in check, for more info on substitution, follow the links on the forum.
