Im 6', 20 years old, 163 lbs, metabolism is i can never gain a pound and am pretty skinny in the first place. over the past year i have been a chronic smoker up until the past two weeks where i only ate some extremely potent brownies 5 days ago, took a hit from a blunt 4 days ago, smoked a joint 2 days ago. i have little fat on my body and have great metabolism even though i do not even work out that much. I need to get a job sometime soon and all are drug testing by UA. i can put it off and by myself sometime but also im broke and need money soon! id like to take the test as soon as possible. besides substitution, and thoughts on the minimum i should wait? i plan on exercising more and can take any supplements as needed. Just any guesses or help would be great. Thanks

Besides substitution, it will likly be near 30 days from the last time you used before you drop below testing cutoff levels. N2
