Does anyone know how long it takes to get results back from Labcorp? It has been 5 days and no results yet! Also, does anyone know at what levels they test at? I have not smoked in 46 days and was an occasional smoker before (2 times a week). Thanks in advance!

In general, negitive results are faxed back in 2 days. Possitive results requiring a conformation test may take up to 7 working days.
With the smoking history you gave and 46 days clean, I would be ammazed if your results were possitive. If the test was a pre-employment test, call your potential employer and ask, 'when do I start'. You need to pay bills etc. Always work on the premis that your urine is clean. After all, you haven't used drugs in 7 weeks. Lastly, the only time you are ever given direct notice of a drug test result is if you failed. If you passed, the only way you will know is when you are ask to start work, hence the phone call to ask when you start. Hope that helps. N2

Thanks for the reply N2. It was a pre-employment test and I did call the company today to confirm my start date. After a bit of confussion on their end, they said that they have not received the results back from my UA. She said she would contact me when the results are in but I just feel as if 5 days is a very long time. I did not dilute or do any of the advised methods because I did feel confident that after 46 days I would be fine. Now I am a nervous wreck!

I would not worry and I would contribute the time to paperwork, paperwork, and more paperwork. Businesses, especially in HR department, are always backed up on paperwork and sometimes things take a little time, also, it is dependant on how efficient the individual LabCorp you went to was. Some will procrastinate sending off tests, others are quicker.

And I agree with N2 I would be amazed if you tested positive, but let us know the results.

Don't get toooo nervous. I've seen negitive DOT results take up to 2 weeks to be faxed back at my place of work. And while that is the extreem, things like that happen. I also had the experiance, once, where I called a potential employer after 1 week. Was told the results were not back. I kept hounding them only to fine out after 3 weeks that the results, negitive, had been put in the wrong secrataries in box, where the would have remained who knows how long had I not kept bugging them.
