This is a very helpful site. Thanks a lot. Anyway, on to my situation. I'm 38, about 6 feet, 210, with average to above average metabolism. My pattern for the last few years has been to be a binge user; i.e., I smoke heavily for about two weeks and then don't smoke for a month or two. I did that in March, and only smoked a very negligible amount of resin in April, which, if anything, gave me a very, very mild buzz for about 30 minutes. I smoked heavily from 5/6 through 6/6 with one day when I didn't smoke. Of course, I found out on 6/7 that I had to take a urine test for a new job. The test is 7/1 at the earliest. The reason I don't know exactly when it is is because my first day of work is on 7/1 and it will probably be scheduled then. I might have to take it that day or not. I've been doing about an hour of cardio a day since i found out and have also taken to eating much less. I've heard that eating several small meals is the way to lose weight. I've also heard that I should stop exercising and dieting a couple of days before the test. Any tips on diet, exercise, or anything else? Thanks again.

Sounds like you've done your home work on diet and excersize. Can I urge you to concider substituting a clean sample. It is EASY!!! Read the substitution thread linked to in my signature. Hope that helps. N2

thanks for the reply. I'll look into that, but I must admit that I'm going to be incredibly nervous, so I'm worried that I'd drop the clean urine or something, but I will look into it.
