I will be getting tested sometime next week june 21-25th. My buddy just failed the test for the same job but he had only been clean for 7 days. I havent smoked since june 3 but I have no Idea how long it takes to get clean. I've been drinking cranberry juice, excercising regularly, taking multivitamins, and a thermogenic fat burner that enhances the metabolism its ingredients are mostly green tea leaf extract, caffiene, and synephrine. I weigh 234lbs. and am approx. 6'00". Pls. help me out with any info. or tips to help me clean my system. just as soon as I get the results I will post them.

Ive forgotten to mention that I smoked heavily for 3 yrs. and have a slow metabolism.

DMD, if it is a employment test, then substituting a clean sample is the best way to handle the test. If it is a court otdered test, then you will likly be observed and dilution is your best hope. thanx for the advice It is a preemployment test. My buddy did the dilution method and was asked to take it 3 times before he failed on the third he decided to bite the bullet and not take anything. The test is for a government agency from what I know they have someone standing behind you while you void. I don't have any cash to buy a take home test or may be I can dish out 5 or 6 bucks but I have no clue as to where I can purchase one that cheap. any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

Hey dragmedown,

A couple tips, your on the right track by trying to burn fat....exersize, and eat a low fat, High fiber diet. This should help exume the metabolites from you fat cells at a faster rate, and help rid them from your system in other ways, instead of via your urine (if ya know what I mean)
And read the threads on this site....research this.....
I think you can pass this test if you have cogient information. N2 had posted a thread that he had some home tests he would send to a needy fellow smoker. Also, read some of the posts by Melatonia (?) You;ll see his name on this site..... He's a pretty knowledgable cat.
