I got a job offer from the FDA, I'm almost certain they drug test, I did not want to ask for obvious reasons though. Anyone know what kind they give so I can "prepare" more readily?

Oh come on now! I was waiting with baited breath to see how he managed a suprapubic needle aspiration of his empty bladder (which can and will collapse it), what gauge needle, how long, if he used the Seldinger technique, what local anesthetic, how many ml he injected into his bladder to account for the length it would have to travel vs. volume lost, et. And all this done in a van down by the river!

Convicted of what? A felony will follow you forever, and most government agencies do an FBI background check anyway, which would reveal any criminal history whether you disclose it or not.

Oh, and it isn't 7 years from the date of conviction. The date you are looking for is the date of disposition. The last date regarding this matter is when you finished your sentence (released from prison, released from parole, paid your fines or restitution, completed any court ordered education and/or counseling, etc).
