So heres my situation: I am 18 years old, 6'0, 180lbs, fast metabolism, muscular build and work out 3-4 days a week, and I get tested randomly on an almost weekly basis on either Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. I have been smoking intermittently on Weds after the test and up until Saturday - or till Fridays if I know I meet with the people that test me on Monday. During this period, I Smoke anywhere between 1-2 gs of super-dank. I have been using the N2 Dilution Method, which has been working well for me. However, the color of my urine has recently began raising a red flag to the people administering my test. I think this is because it has the neon tint to it. I take 2 B complex pills 1-2 hrs before I test and it works to mask the color, but I'm wondering what I can do to make the color look less suspicious. The B complex I am taking has 100 mg each (200mg total) of B2 which is 5000% I believe. Also, I was wondering about Goldenseal because I heard it works, but I am also aware it is detectable in UAs now. So, how long (if it actually works) would that be detectable in my urine? Ive used Niacin and other stuff and it has little to no effect. I am trying to learn how to pass the test without dilution.Thanks in advance for the help.

i could not live that way. just stop smoking till its over. done it plenty of times. it takes alot of stress out of life. I have 1 last drug test in about 12 hours. if i pass it. i am DONE 2 1/2 years of probation. passing home tests with faints. im going to mid stream and do light dilution . i only pray now.

but dude just for real. its only a few months i bet. be over before you know it. stick to beer.

Like niacin, goldenseal is a myth. It does nothing to rid the body of THC.

There is nothing that can rid the body of THC other than time and fat-burning exercise.

Just take a tolerance break for a week or two, give them a nick dark specimen and take the heat off; then go back to your routine.

Assuming that "fat burning" is the key, what about the atkins diet? Your body uses the carbs you eat (for example: pasta, rice, potato, bread) as its source of energy. When you cut these "carbs" from your diet, your body then turns to a new source for energy, like the fat you have built up in your body, and begins to burn it at a rapid pace . Do you think this would be as effective, or good to use in conjunction with exercise?

I know for a fact that one can lose a lot of fat, fast, doing the atkins diet.

Questions about the efficacy of the Atkins diet have been addressed and answered in the forums. Do an Advanced Search with the terms "Atkins diet".

Keep in mind though that whenever fat is burned, the stored THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, where they'll end up in the urine to be detected.
