|  please help, taking test tomorrow please help. i am a long time puffer and just 2 weeks ago i got my straight and narrow husband to smoke with me, so imagine the news when he was told he would be taking a drug test this Monday, we took two at home test one friday that was positive and one just now (sunday) and it was negative, should we be ok now? my husband is 6'1" 160 lbs great metabolism but doesn't exercise much. please help. should we be relieved or prepare for the dillution method? oh yeah he only smoked about 6 times with me, the last time he smoke was last monday. thanks my marriage is counting on it.....  |

|  THe negitive home test is a very good sign. I would suggest he drink a bit more fluid in the hours before the test. An extra coffee and/or OJ, a bit of extra water, and be sure he has voided several times during the day before the test. Idealy, his urine should be a very light yellow in color. Use a mid-stream sample, ie, start in the toilet, then the collection cup and finnish in the toilet. Hope that helps and keep us posted. N2
