I'm 5'10", 170, my metabolism is in the middle, but probably closer to having a low metabolism, my smoking history for the last 30 days: practically daily until the 17th, I don't work out often, but I do play 18 of disc golf often if that means anything, and it is a government issued drug test.

I have a test coming up on the 30th. I haven't smoked since the 17th. Does anyone know which specific strategies I should look into? Thus far, my plan is to put on 5 sweatshirts and 5 pairs of sweatpants and run on my treadmill for hours to sweat it out for atleast a week beforehand, and drink plenty of water. I don't have access to a lot of the products I've heard mentioned on the boards, so as far as stuff that I could access in my own house, what should I do? Any help would be much appreciated. Phish, I seriously suggest you plan to substitute a clean sample. Clean urine, if you don't have access to clean free pee, is available at many head/hemp shops and by dozens of vendors on the web. Read the substitution guidelines linked to in my signature and you'll be fine. hope that helps. N2

I don't have access to any clean piss, and we don't technically have a head shop. We have a few hippie shops, but not technically head shops... They sell products that supposedly flush your system out, but I don't know if I can trust them. Is there any other technique that I would look into checking out?
