if one day i smoked a joint, and i am clean 1 month later, what is it that makes me clean? pissing about 100 times?? if so then couldnt i just waterload and piss 101 times in a week a be clean? or if its exercising, couldnt i drop 10 pounds a day and pass tomorow? mainly curious but also looking for new methods...

also i am curious about using powdered bleach....i just put it in the urine and ill be clean? couldnt they detect the bleach?

As far as I know, most labs can detect bleach, and the order is so strong that it could even be detected at the doctors office. I am not sure what the powdered bleach smells like, but would imagine it would give off an oder once put in a liquid like urine.

I am by no means a drug testing guru, but what you said about getting it out of your system makes sense to me. I was told, it takes 30 days naturally, so if you have two weeks to get clean, you need to drink in 2 weeks what you would drink in 30, just to flush. I am not sure about the exercising bit, although I have heard mixed comments on that and metabolism. Really, what is a good metabolism and what isn't?

Ohhhhh and if you can drop 10lbs a day, please let me know your secret!!!!

Drinking exorbanant amounts of water does nothing to rid the body of THC metabolites. It is only helpfull the hours before your test to dilute your urine to below cutoff levels. It does nothing to speed up the process.
Your theory might seem logical, but in actuallity, not feesable. THC metabolites are not water soluable. They are immediately stored into the bodies fat cells, and released slowly into the blood, and ultimately into the urine. A higher metabolism will turn over the fat cells more quickly.
You might read some of the threads posted by Mel, N2, and some of the other drug testing "gurus". This might answer your questions in a more cogient fashion than unresearched assumptions. A person with a high fat content will take longer than somebody with low body fat. Time, is your best friend when it comes to ridding the body of THC metabolites. Exercise is also helpfull, as it will burn fat, where the metabolites are stored.

yeah i think i understand now, i had thought that when you urinate you loose some thc everytime, but now i know that it is release timely...thanks!

but if you dont loose thc everytime you piss, then why is it that you always fail a piss test with thc in your system, i mean, there would be a time when no thc would come out right?

That is the main metabolite that shows up in your urine, along with a bunch of others. The THC is immediately metabolized in the body and then the body turns these cannabanoids over and are slowly turned out through the plasma and then finally to the urine stream. For this reason the detection time in blood is usually considerably shorter than urine.

Exercise raises your metabolic rate; this is that thing that makes some people thin and other people have to work at being thin. Their metabolic rate is determined at birth for the baseline; anything to increase that rate, like say exercising, is highly encouraged since this metabolic rate is going to influence how quickly fat cells are turned over. Your body is always burning fat cells, and as the body is burning these fat cells, the release of the metabolites into the urine is going to be present. The presence of the metabolite in terms of duration is going to be dependant upon the amounts that you have accumulated in the fat cells. The fat cells are going to need longer to remove the cannabanoids dependant upon what the levels are.

For some, the metabolism will do much of the work and they are lucky; they can maybe clean out from chronic smoker to naturally clean urine in a couple of weeks. Then there are other chronic users who can take a couple of months to naturally fall below levels.

There is evidence that water can help if you drink it at a natural rate at a recommended dosage of 6-16oz glasses of water. This is what your body should have anyways to be considered healthy. Everyone should get this much water per day; this will help to detox since it does help to naturally make the body work at a higher level thus releasing more of the THC; though the water will not work wonders until the day of the test it is always good to drink a lot of water. Especially, if you decide to exercise.

THC is always broken down and will always be in your urine; since your body is constantly recycling fat cells, you are cleaning out soon after your high wears off. There is no time that your body is not going to release these cannabanoids that are released into your urine.

And dilution works at lowering your Specific gravity; the specific gravity of your urine tests the amount of water that is present compared with the amount of salts and other substances in your urine; when you drink more water than your body can process it is released into your urine stream and that makes your urine more water; with the water obviously being clean of cannabanoids, you are going to lower your baseline. If your baseline is low enough that lowering your specific gravity will pass the test then you will be in the clear; this is why people who may be near passing can get by with an extra amount of water present in their system. Beware, however, that if you drink too much water, you can show up diluted; also keep in mind that most people who exercise and are well hydrated have pretty clean urine.

Cherish is also correct concerning adding bleach. A, if smelled, the sample will be labled 'adultrated', and B, bleach will through off the pH to the point it will again be labled either adultrated or substituted. N2
