I recently took a urine drug test, prior i bought one of those drinks from GNC and I drank over a gallon of water. I got a call from my employer stating that my drug screen was too diluted. I now have to go back on Friday to retake the test. I am a regular smoker about 2-3 times a day, the last time I smoked was on Sunday. Is there anyway to mask your urine so it doesn't come up too diluted.

though heavy dilution can be a problem in almost everyone, it can be avoided by using powerade in place of water and mixing in a comparable amount of salt to the powerade you are drinking (I recommend 1/4 tsp per 8 oz of water) Though this may still not be enough if you drink way too much, if you are going to be doing about a gallon or so of dilution, this should do the trick. If you want to alternate 8oz water/8 oz powerade and salt you can do that too, but the more powerade and salt you drink, the more electrolytes you put into your urine, leading to a higher S.G.
