| The people that help ths site and forum are wonderful. Thank you for all your info and advice. 1- 33 yrs. old 2- 190lbs 3- I guess I would be considered chronic smoker. (scaled back over the last month or two to one hitter about three to four times per day) 4-Stopped smoking roughly 16 days ago. (cold turkey) What are the chances of passing a UA test in aprox. 10 more days tops 26-30days). I have been working out and have lost aprox. 7lbs since stopping. Question 1) is 30 days really enough for a chronic smoker to get clean? Question 2) suggestions on working out or sweating, does loosing the weight really mean the bad lipid tissue will be gone. Does this really help? Question 3) should I buy one of those drinks too? any suggestion which one? Question 4) do these drug store UA tests really work? Thanks again to everyone here! |

| 1. For most it is a good rule, but some can take longer i.e. two months or more! 2. Exercising helps if you do it for a good amount of time in advance. One or two days of running will not do much, but a month of weight training and cardio will do wonders. Sweating doesn't really do that much. 3. No Drinks work on dilution and you can get the same result from following Dilution thread by N2 4. Yes they are accurate if you follow them correctly, they are the same kind of methodology used in the labs. |
