So, here's the deal. I haven't smoked in about three years until about 9 days ago when I had about 4-5 hits off a bowl, two of which weren't that great. I'm a 5' 3" woman, weigh 102 pounds, underweight, and have about 4% body fat. If I were to get tested in about two weeks, what do you think my chances are that I'd pass?

With that smoking history, near to impossable to fail. In general, 1 time/occasion use is below cutoff levels in 1 week or less. N2

I agree with N2 and Mel. From my experience, your chances of failing are slim to none. A home test will surely put your mind at ease, but by the time you test, it would be mute.
