Difference between a 5 panel and 8 panel test?

I was supposed to know yesterday but my employer has not got the results back yet and because I know this could mean bad news I'm starting to freak out a little...

The paper I received from the lab states that they are going to do an 8 panel test as opposed to a 5 panel - is this more strict as far as levels tested? I'm not worried about other illegal drugs but I did do the asprin thing.

I did everything right as far as dilution and I passed the at-home test but I'm getting worried. They sent it to MedTox Labs in PA, and if results were negative they're supposed to be available the same day of receipt but then again I didn't do the test til late Friday afternoon, my employer (I hope!) said they'd know within 72 hours, and I'm in CA. I really hope I'm freaking out over nothing.

If anyone has any info about this I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

the panels denote how many drugs they are testing for. Since I assume you are only concerned with THC then I would say the level will still be the same cutoff which is 50ng/ml

Okay, that helps, kinda what I figured. Still freaking out, but it does make me feel a little better, and yeah, it's only pot (lately, anyway
