later this week i have a physical and im worried that i might get a ua because ill be playing college football, i have smoked pot about 5 or 6 times over the past 2 or 3 months the last time was about five weeks ago, i work out regularly, i was wondering if i should be worried?

IF the last time you smoked was indeed 5 weeks ago, you should be fine. Considering your high activity/exercise routine, I would be pretty certain that there is no reason for you to fail. You can always follow N2s dilution method just to make sure....but it sounds like you are good to go!

try not to exercise on the day of the test. when your body burns fat cells that contain THC metabolites they are released into your urine. exercising burns more cells than not exercising. so exercise up to the test day to "clean out" your system a little more, but if you work out on the test day your THC levels will be higher than if you didnt.
