Default Looking good for test tomorrow but still paranoid

I took a test last Tuesday (June 29) at IEBT and passed. I also passed several home test previously. I took 4 does of a creatine supplement the day before the Tuesday test and also had a big meal, which included a large steak fajita. The night before, I drank 32 oz of water at 10:30, 16 oz of water at 12:13 am and 12:45 am. I then drank 16 oz of water w/4 aspirin at 2:59 am and also at 7:09 am. At 9:59 am, I drank 16 oz of water with two aspirin. Finally, at 10:45 am, I drank 8 oz of water. I provided the sample at 11:18 am. Although I passed, my creatine level was only 21.1. I didn't dilute that much, so I'm guessing I have a naturally low creatinine level. Anyway, I've now taken 4 doses of creatine the 28th, 29th, 30th, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and will have taken four by later today--the 5th. I took one dose on the 1st. I also ate a lot of meat the 29th, 30th, 3rd, 4th, and am eating beef today. I'm thinking I should be fine on creatinine. My concern is that I'll be taking the test at about 7:30 am tomorrow vs. 11:18 am, and metabolites are highest in the morning. One thing to mention is that I have either a small or sensitive bladder, and I almost always get up several times in the morning to urinate. This time I'm going to drink powerade instead of water and am going to add a few Tums with my aspirin. I'm thinking that I'm looking pretty safe, but, unfortunately, I'm prone to worry. Thanks in advance for any comments.

consider using salt if you are using powerade for added S.G. security. The creatine you took should allow you to stay within the valid range; however, in terms of your early test time there is one easy solution; waking up VERY early; I recommend waking up at 3 am or so, or if you can, don't go to sleep at all, that way there will be no lag time to allow for metabolite buildup in your urine; this occurs when you are sleeping and naturally are not going to wake up every fifteen minutes to drink water and go to the bathroom. And even though you may get up often to urinate in the morning, you are still going to have down time when you are asleep. It may sound kind of overkill to stay up all night but considering what you have done so far, I would think you would have no problem doing it; consider some coffee in the morning; to help you urinate and help you stay awake lol

You couldn't be more right; I'll have no problem staying up all night if it's helpful. Thanks for the tip. This discussion community is a great service.
